A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 2004, in Holman Hankins Bowker & Waud Funeral Home for David Lee Adkins, who died June 28 at age 56.

Mr. Adkins was born Sept. 14, 1947, in Sacramento. He served in the Navy in the Vietnam War. He moved to Oregon City in 1998 and was a manager for information services for Clackamas County. In 1968, he married Sandi Bolander.

Survivors include his wife; son, Aaron; brother, Kenneth; sister, Diane; and one grandchild.
