Mrs. Addams is survived by her husband of 30 years, Jack Addams, of the home; two sons, Brian Addams and David Addams, a daughter, Melissa Addams, all of Independence; her mother, Marie Schmidt, LaCrosse, KS; seven brothers, Gary Schmidt, Richard Schmidt, Galen Schmidt, Mike Schmidt, all of LaCrosse, KS, John Schmidt, Hoisington, KS, Joe Schmidt, Wamego, KS, Mark Schmidt, Colby, KS; two sisters, Mary Wagner, Rush Center, KS, and Debbie Hollis, Independence, MO.
