FISHER---Janie Eloise Adams, 57, of Fisher died at 8:55 a.m. Wednesday (June 7, 1978) at Mercy Hospital, Urbana.
Visitation will be Thursday (today) at the funeral home. Funeral services will be Friday at Stensel's Funeral Home in Bellflower with the Rev. James Ruberg and the Rev. Charlote Gertner officiateding. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Farmer City.
Mrs. Adams was born Feb 11, 1921 in Bellflower, a daughter of Perely and Mary Louise (Williams) Forrest. She married George Carl Adams on Sept. 28, 1952 in Normal. He survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Georlene Lynne Adams of Fisher; four brothers, Lornen, Francis and Perely A., all of Bellflower and Richard of LeRoy, and a sister, Jean Lathrop of Noble. She was preceded in death by her mother, father and three sisters.
She was a member of the Osmond-WSalker United Methodist Church and was employed at the Baby Fold of Normal.
