A.C.ADAMS
A. C. Adams, 67 years old, 1222 Mary Allen Street, Van Buren, Arkansas died Tuesday after a short illness. Mr Adams, a resident of Van Buren for more than 50 years, was a retired Missouri Pacific railroad engineer. He was a member of First Presbyterian church of Van Buren and Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and was a veteran of the First World War.

Survivors include his wife, a son, two sisters, a nephew Gene, and a grandson.

The funeral service was held for Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the First Presbyterian church with the pastor, Vernon Schmidt, and J. M. Barnett, pastor of First Methodist church, officiating. Burial was at Gracelawn Cemetery with Ocker Funeral Home in charge.
