MRS. MYRTLE MAE ADAMS HOLLOWAY - Age 70, Of Ringgold, Georgia passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at a local healthcare. She was a life member of Shiloh Baptist Church, employed with the Catoosa County School System, a member of the Adams Gospel Singers, and was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Adams, Sr.; sister, Mary Jane Adams, and grandmother, Callie Langston.

She is survived by husband of forty-four years, James O. Holloway, Sr.; son, James O. (Lendrail) Holloway, II.; grandchildren, Angell Michelle and Jadyn Monique Holloway; mother, Myrtle Langston Adams; sisters, Janie Mae Boykin, Marie (Rev. Dennis) Moore, and Gaddie Mae (Rickey) Blanks; brother, Alvin (Katie) Adams, Jr.; sister-in-law, Adeline (Henry Jr.) Hollins; brother-in-law, Robert (Brenda) Holloway; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Homegoing service will be held Sunday, May 25, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Peria Baptist Church, 341 Sparks Street, Ringgold, Georgia. Her nephew, Rev. Craig Moore will present the eulogy, with Rev. Harold K. Lester, Rev. Jimmy Ingram and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday evening from 6:00 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.
