Frank L. Adams, 77, of Eldon, a former Iberia resident, died
Tuesday at Charles E. Still Hospital in Jefferson City. He was born Dec. 17, 1905 at Iberia to George W. and Gertrude Gardner Adams. He first was married to Hazel Lane, who preceded him in death. He later was married to Phyllis Condra.
Mr. Adams was a World War II veteran, serving in the U.S. Army.
He was a past member of the Iberia VFW Post and Iberia Lodge 410, AF & AM. He also was a member of the Assembly of God.
During the 1940s and 1950s Mr. Adams was a partner in the Adams and Casey Funeral Home and the Adams and Casey General Store.
Surviving are a son, George Adams of Eldon; two daughters,
Carolyn Lewis of Richland and Phyllis Ann Courtney of Waycroft, Ga.; a brother, Loran Adams Sr. of Iberia; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Stevinson-Mossman Funeral Home with the Rev. John Lanferman officiating.
Burial will be in the Iberia Cemetery with military graveside rites performed by the Fort Leonard Wood Mortuary Team.
