Death Takes Pioneer -
Miss Kate Adams, Long Ill, Died
Death came yesterday to Miss Kate Adams, 65 years old, resident of Wadena since 1905, at her home where she had been ill for six months from cancer.
Funeral services will be held Saturday morning from St. Ann's Catholic church. Rev. Francis Lenger will say the solemn requiem mass.
Miss Adams was born at New Trier, June 8, 1874. During the lifetime of her parents she was devoted to their welfare, caring many years for her father, the late John Adams, who lived well past ninety years.
Surviving is one brother, Anton, of Wadena.
