Friday, 5 December 1952—THE GADSDEN TIMES

Mrs. Charlsie Adams, 51, of 607 North 8th Street, died Thursday at 6:50 p.m. at a local hospital after an illness of two weeks.

Funeral services will be held at the Henry Street Baptist Church with the Rev. Ralph Bone and the Rev. Ralph Stephens officiating. Burial will follow in Forrest cemetery. Time and date of services will be announced later by Collier-Butler Funeral Home.

Survivors included her husband, Marvin Adams; one daughter, Mrs. Ivan Edington; four sisters, Mrs. Clara Thomas, Mrs. Lula Sherrell, Mrs. Nannie Hardy and Mrs. Louise Fitchular; two brothers, W.M. Hale and Robert Hale and four grandchildren.

Mrs. Adams was a member of the Henry Street Baptist Church.
