Elmer B. Adams, 84, Sarasota, Florida, formerly of Kansas City, died Tuesday at a hospital in Sarasota. He was born in Sidney, Iowa, and had lived in this area before moving to Florida. Mr. Adams was a plasterer before he retired. He was a member of York Masonic Lodge and was an Army veteran of World War I. He was a Methodist. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Marian Adams of the home; a son, James B. Adams, Stanley in Johnson County; two sisters, Mrs. Laura D. Hunter, Kansas City, Kansas and Mrs. Pearl Bidwell, Basehor, Kansas; and a granddaughter.
