Shelley Elaine Bederka, 46, of Waco, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013. A graveside service will be 11 a.m., Thursday, May 9, at Waco Memorial Park, with Pastor Jack Bodenhamer officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home.
Shelley was born in McLennan County, Texas, to Dalton Wayne and Rachel Lynn Blanton Adams. She part of the family of First Baptist Church of Elm Mott
She was preceded in death by her father, Dalton W. Adams.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Robert Bederka; son, Christopher Bederka; step-daughters, Kirsty and Jennifer Leard; mother, Rachel Pack; sister, Angela Rubio and her husband, Rene; brothers, Thomas Lekas and his wife, Susan, and Travis Lekas and his wife, Jennifer; sister and best friend, Stacy Crow and her husband, Eric; sister-in-law, Vicky Garcia and her husband, Gabe; step-father, Jim Lekas; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
