Alexis was born in Maryland on April 19, 1952, and was raised in St. Genevieve, MO. She married her loving husband of 31 years, John Adamo, on May 29, 1983. She spent the majority of her life working as a quality engineer in Aerospace and was a great lover of animals. She was a compassionate, loving wife, mother and grandmother and will always be remembered for her caring of life.
Alexis was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Patricia Barnett.
Survivors include her husband, John of Hockley, TX; daughters, Sharon Perez (Martin) of Houston, TX, Karen Abt (Bradley) of Missouri, Angela Adamo of Colorado, Jennifer Adamo of Colorado, and Joei Levesque (Matthew) of Magnolia, TX; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and numerous brothers, sisters and extended family.
The family will hold a private memorial service Saturday, May 10, 2014.
