Daughter of Catherine Duckworth.
First wife of William A. Adair, married 9-2-1852 in Bath County, Kentucky. He married second Emerine Whitt 6-19-1859 in Hendricks County, Indiana.
Ann was the mother of John D. Adair (1853-1918), a physician who lived in North Salem. He married Harriet Dean 5-9-1880 in Hendricks County.
Ann's stone was the only headstone recovered from this destroyed cemetery. It is unknown if any of her family is buried here or if she just lived nearby.
