Betty Lou Adair Worthen Lake, age 69 died peacefully in her sleep Monday morning August 1, 2000. Passing from this world of pain and suffering to the joy of her eternal family, parents Marie Henrie and Joseph Adair, brothers Ellis and Ronald Adair, sister Lucille Cowles.

Surviving are children: Stan Worthen, Nelda Gutke, Joe Worthen, Irene Scott, Ken Worthen; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Wanda Miller; brothers, Quintin, Carrol, and Kenneth Adair.
