Arnold Felton Acree, age 79 of Brooks, Georgia, passed away, Friday March 2, 2012 in Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville. Mr. Acree was born January 10, 1933 in Point, Louisiana, son of the late Andon and Ocie Acree.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers, Georgia McCune, Robert Acree and Wesley Acree. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, three sons and two daughters-in-law; daughter and son-in-law; nine grandchildren and spouses; eleven great-grandchildren; sister-in-law; aunt; nephews; nieces; and other family.
Funeral services held on March 5 in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home, Griffin, with Rev. Charles Johnson officiating. Burial in Brooks Memorial Gardens.
