Stuart F. Acree Sr., 55 of Memphis, husband of Barbara Hunt Acree, died at his home on July 30, 2005. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Acree was a Realtor for Crye-Leike Realty for the past 20 years. He was an Army Vietnam Veteran, AFLAC Agent, Professional Dutch Oven/Cowboy cook, Certified Pit Master, and Former Asst. Scout Master with Troop 243. He was also a member of the Longstreet United Methodist Church. In addition to his wife, he also leaves a daughter Krystle Acree of Memphis, three sons, Stuart F. Acree Jr. and Jason (Heather)Long, both of Memphis and Jeff (Kacy Jo) Acree of Olive Branch, MS; his parents, Nathan & Sara Acree of Nesbit,MS; a sister, Claudia Ungren of Collierville,TN; two brothers, Jerry Acree of Lonoke,AR and Hardwick Acree of Houston, TX; three grandchildren, Dalton Acree, Savannah Acree, and Colin Kegel. Stuart also leaves a host of other family members and friends. Memorial can be made to the West Clinic.
