Son of Frank Dew and Emma Lorena Johnston Acree.

MULLINS - A. Campbell, 53, died Wednesday in Baton Rouge, La. Funeral will be Friday at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Cox-Collins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Cedardale Cemetery.

Mr. Acree was born in Marion County, a son of Mrs. Emma Johnston Acree and the late Frank Dew Acree. He was a veteran of World War II.

Surviving are, his mother of Baton Rouge; one sister, Mrs. Jim Ford of Atlanta; three brothers, Dr. Page Acree and F. D. Acree, both of Baton Rouge, and Jack Acree of Atlanta.
