BRIGNALL, PHYLLIS I.

Passed away May 14, 2013 at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Phyllis was born August 12, 1924 in Three Rivers, Michigan the daughter of Charles and Pearl Abshire. On April 24, 1947 she was united in marriage to Thomas W. Brignall Sr., who preceded her in death in 1993. Also, preceding her in death were two sisters Betty Jane Hogden of Tyler, Texas and Mary L Clelland of Kalamazoo. She is survived by two sons Thomas and wife Nancy Brignall Jr. and Robert D Brignall; one sister Margaret Hartman of Saginaw, Michigan; two grandsons; one granddaughter; and one great grandson. She had many nieces and nephews. Phyllis retired from retailing after 30 years and enjoyed lunches and playing cards with her friends. She was a huge Detroit Tigers fan. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. Private graveside service will be held at a later date at Mt. Everest
