Mrs. Abell was born and reared in Seymour. In 1909 she was married to D. H. [Hendricks D.] Abell and to their union were born four children, who survive her. She leaves three brothers and three sisters, Joseph Brown, of Indianapolis; Horaces Brown, Charles Brown, Mrs.j Grace Ulery, Mrs. Edna Schrier, Miss Fay Brown, all of Seymour.
Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Golden Smith at the First Methodist Church Sunday afternoon. Burial in Riverview Cemetery.
