Preston R. Abbott, 97, of Perry, Oklahoma, was the son of Major and Jenny (Graff) Abbott. He was born on September 1, 1909 in Perry, Oklahoma and died Saturday, February 3, 2007 at the Perry Memorial Hospital.
Preston owned and operated his own vending machine business for many years. He was a lifelong Perry resident.
On November 27, 1947, Preston married Estelle Silver in Arkansas City, Kansas.
Preston is survived by his wife, Estelle of the home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and four sisters.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at the Grace Hill Memorial Pavilion in Grace Hill Cemetery. Rev. Joe Wood will officiate. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home.
