Bridgeport Chronicle-Union, 12/26/1914: Death of Little Girl. Elaine, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dolan, died this morning at Goldfield. She was aged six years and was a sufferer of rheumatism of the heart. Yesterday the grandmother of the child, Mrs. D. Thompson, was called to Goldfield when the condition of the little girl became critical. She was born at Bodie. Her father, who is an assayer, came here from Bodie nearly a year ago and removed with his family to Goldfield in October. The funeral will probably take place at from Bodie nearly a year ago (sic) Bodie. – Tonopah Bonanza.
