Nancy Louise Dudley, 87, of 2227 Walnut St., New Castle, died Tuesday in Henry County Memorial Hospital.
A native of Montpelier, she was a daughter of Abraham O. and Phoebe Jane Kendall Campbell. She had been a home nurse, and had worked at Indiana Bell for several years, the Jesse French piano factory and Weiland's Greenhouse.
She was a member of South Memorial Drive Church of God, and as selected Citizen of the Year in 1974 by the Business and Professional Women's Club of New Castle.
Survivors are two daughters, Donna (Mrs. Floyd) Mastin of Albuquerque, N.M., and Virginia Sue Dudley Davis of New Castle; a son, Bruce of New Castle; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mildred Keeler of Muncie; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by a son, Richard; three sisters, Marie, Lois and Margaret; and five brothers, Frank, Bud, Vern, Milton, and Freddie Campbell.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday in South Memorial Drive Church of God with the Rev. Larry Buford, the Rev. Bob Cole and the Rev. Harold Goodpaster officiating. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Main and Frame Funeral Home and an hour before services on Friday at the church.
