William Clarence Cousins, 70, of Lower Burrell died Saturday (Feb. 6, 1999) in Citizens General Hospital, New Kensington. Born March 7, 1928, in Kittanning, he lived in Lower Burrell since 1940. Mr. Cousins was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He worked for M. J. Steiner Flower Shop in New Kensington and the former Union National Bank in Tarentum. Mr. Cousins was a member of the Church of God and American Legion, both in Lower Burrell. Survivors include a brother, Clayton E. Cousins of Lower Burrell. He was preceded in death by his parents, William I. and Esther Bell Hooks Cousins, and a sister, Alice Grimm. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the RUSIEWICZ OF LOWER BURRELL FUNERAL HOME, 3124 Leechburg Road at Alder Street, Lower Burrell, where funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Douglas Crump will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
