Mrs. Mary Erdeal Harrison, 71, of Birmingham, died Sunday. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Birmingham and retired supervisor with K-Mart. She was a native of Fayette and a 50 year resident of Birmingham. Funeral will be at 11:00A.M. Tuesday at Johns-Ridout's Southside, with burial in Elmwood. Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Sandra Dooley, Osprey, Fla., four sisters, Mrs. Betty Stevens, Birmingham, Ms. Ola Byars, Fayette, Mrs. Elese Loftis, Gadsden, and Mrs. Marie Winders, Hopkinsville, Ky., and three brothers, R.A. Byars, Winfield, and John and J.B. Byars both of Fayette. The family suggests memorials be made to the church or cancer research.
