George Reichardt Dies After Thyroid Operation
George Reichardt, 64, of Brillion died this morning at a Green Bay hospital where he had undergone an operation for a thyroid complaint on Friday.
Funeral services have not been completed but interment will be in the Kasson cemetery.
Mr. Reichardt was born February 23, 1872, in the vicinity of Brillion and he was married in 1902 to Ida Schwartz who died 13 years ago. From the time of his marriage until 1926 he operated a farm two and a half miles north of Brillion. In 1926 he moved into Brillion where he engaged in carpentry.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Lydia Perschke of Edgerton, Mrs. Dorothy Mathiebe of Brillion and Miss Lenore at home, two brothers, David and John of Brillion, one sister, Mrs. Richard Schwartz and three grandchildren.
