J.B. was the infant son of Mrs. J.L.D. Morrison--nee Adele Sarpy. She was a was a descendant of Madame Chouteau, the wife of August Chouteau, founder of St. Louis. Throughout the years following the death of her children, she built shelters over the graves & regularly changed the toys with the season. (bio by: Connie Nisinger)
