Son of Ernest Logan Wilson (1910-1955) and his wife Anna Marie Kelty Wilson (1908-1980).

Father of Lisa Wilson.

Life companion of Sandra Scelza Swann, and stepfather of her sons Ray and Ronald Swann.

Brother of Ruth A. Coates, Barbara C. Rooney, Patricia A. Beebe (1941-2003), and John J. Wilson (1947-1999).

Friend of many.

Bud served in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam War.

He was an avid family history enthusiast and a dedicated, passionate, hardworking rescuer of forgotten and severely neglected burial sites.
