United States Navy Admiral. After receiving his medical degree in 1937, he was commission as a Lieutenant in 1938. He was commander of Bethesda Naval hospital at the time of President Kennedy's autopsy and was involved in the contoversy that surrounded the autopsy. He received the Legion of Merit.
