Professional Golfer. Three time winner on the PGA tour. He won the 1957 Canadian Open, 1958 Mayfair Inn Open, and the 1960 St. Petersburg Open. He did not begin playing professional golf until he was 29. A series of amateur tournament appearances led to an invitation to play with Bob Hope, Danny Kaye, Supreme Court Justice Hugo Black and actor Gary Cooper in a celebrity event in Palm Springs. He was also a WWII veteran, US Navy.
