Otto LeeRoy Alexander, Jr. went to be with the Lord whom he served so faithfully, on Monday March 25, 2013. Otto was born on August 22, 1932 to Otto LeeRoy Alexander, Sr. and Emma M. Tucker/Alexander.
He was a life-long resident of Oklahoma City, graduating from Capitol Hill High School in 1951. He chose automotive mechanics as his profession, like his father. He retired from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company in 1988 after a long and fulfilling career. People never had to ask twice for help and regardless of the weather or circumstances—Otto would be there with a smile to assist until the job was done.
Otto was preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Emma, one brother-in-law David Summers, one sister-in-law, Carol Alexander, one grandson, Brandon Scott Alexander, and one great-grandson, Jackson Clay Rose. He is survived by his children, Ginna Rose and her husband Terry, and Scott Alexander and his wife Jamie; two sisters, Emogene Summers and Yvonne Day and her husband Lloyd, and brother Kenny Alexander; four grandchildren, Chad Rose, Lisa Alexander, Ginna Alexander, and Emma Alexander; and great-grandson, Camron Scott Alexander of Cashion, and many nieces and nephews.
He will be missed by his many friends at Rambling Oaks where he has resided for several years.
