Birth: May 9, 1925
Death: May 11, 1926

Son of Rose Edith (Taylor) Forbes and Willis Forbes. Little sweet baby boy, didn't stay with us long. His step grandpa, Samuel Hull, removed a marble top from a shelf in his barber shop and offered it for a grave marker for the 'little lad.' Charles Edwards' four year old sister, Lavon, grieved for him, and chose her burial spot where she could watch over 'little brother' all those years later when it was time for her final rest. We think this photo is taken at Grandma Taylor's house, some miles east and south of the cemetery.

For little Charles Edward, Your sister Lavon loved you and missed you a lot. That's why she chose a resting spot beside you. A Teddy Bear you might have enjoyed...your niece,CB
