Charline died Saturday, in Stillwater, following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Beeby was the oldest child of Charles E and Rosina Grassman Cassiday. She was married to James Beeby July 7, 1940. They were married almost 45 years until Jack's death.

Mrs. Beeby devoted her life to her family and community. Earlier in her life, she was one of the first members of the Marshall HS band, assistant editor of the Marshall HS newsletter, and past president of Sigma Lamba Chi Social Club.

In her adult life, she was a member of the Marshall Christian Church, a charter member of the Marshall Home Demonstration Club, and a member of the Rebekah Lodge. For a number of years, she wrote the Marshall news for the logan County News and the Covington Record newspapers.

In addition to her husband, also preceding her in death were her parents and three sisters, Josephine, Clarice, and Marie. She is survived by her four children, two brothers, sisters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
