Sulphur Boy, Sid Buchanan Accidentally Killed.
Sid Buchanan, 17 year old son of R. L. (Bob) Buchanan, was accidentally killed Tuesday evening about 6 o'clock by his cousin, Moody Lattimore, aged 14 years, son of T. M. Lattimore. The boys were hunting ducks on Lowrance lake and when a drove of ducks flew up, the Lattimore boy started to shoot and in some way the gun was discharged before he had raised it up, the full load taking effect in the body of his cousin, shooting him through the heart. Death was instantaneous. The boys are members of prominent families of Sulphur and the accident caused great sorrow among the many friends of both families throughout the county.
