The marker or monument the entry was based upon (from a visual inspection back then) may no longer be there; i.e. vandalism, tornadoes, etc.

Whenever possible, for any memorials I create in Oklahoma's Green Country, I will put the plot number on the FAG memorial page, and will usually provide the plot information to other FAG managers, for other memorials in the same cemetery, when I have that data available
