Services Tuesday For
Mrs. Rhoda Adler

Services for Mrs. Rhoda J. Adler, 76, resident of Davis for 40 years, were at the Presbyterian church in Davis Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., Rev. Alan Darling officiating.

Mrs. Adler died at St. Anthony hospital, Oklahoma City, Sunday July 13, 1952, at 7:20 a.m. after an illness.

Pall bearers were John Russell, Matt Russell, Herbert Garrison, M. S. Greer, A. W. Hutchins and Elmer Kelly.

Born at Canmer, Ky., Sept. 26, 1875, Mrs. Adler lived in that state in childhood, moving to Kansas and then to Oklahoma near the present town of Edmond. She was married to Thos. J. Offield and lived in Oklahoma City, Sulphur and Davis awhile, then in Aransas Pass, Texas, until Mr. Offield's death in 1911.

She was married Feb. 25, 1915, to Nathan Adler of Davis whose death occurred in 1922. She lived at her home in Davis until about a year and a half ago when she went to Oklahoma City.

She is survived by four sons: Harrell M. Offield, Tulsa; Moss H. Offield, Blackwell; James N. Adler, Oklahoma City, and Henry S. Adler, Davis; three half-sisters, Mrs. Betty Lynch, Edmond, Okla.; Mrs. Eugenia Smith, Yukon, Okla., and Mrs. Mary Lynch, Los Angeles, Calif.; and two grandchildren, Mrs. Ruby Jean Bushyhead, Tulsa, and Charles D. Adler, Tulsa.

She was a member of the Presbyterian church.

Services for Mrs. Rhoda Janice Adler, 76, of 4220 NW 21, will be Tuesday at 10:30 in the Presbyterian church of Davis. Burial will be in Green Hill cemetery there, Mrs. Adler died in St. Anthony hospital Sunday morning.

Mrs. Adler was born in Camner, Ky. Local arrangements were directed by Guardian funeral home.

Survivors include four sons, H. M. Offield, Tulsa; M. H. Offield, Blackwell; J N. Adler, 4221 NW 21, and Henry Adler, Davis, and three sisters, Mrs. Betty Lynch, Edmond; Mrs. Eugenia Smith, Yukon, and Mrs. Mary Lynch, Los Angeles, Calif.
