OBITUARY FROM THE CARNEGIE HAROLD:
Funeral services for Wesley Albright, 84, of Mtn. View will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, Oct. 25, 2007 at the First United Methodist Church in Mtn. View.
Wesley was born Dec. 5, 1922 at Cooperton to Clarence Lee and Lora (Toliver) Albright and died Monday, Oct. 22, 2007 at the Carnegie Hospital.
Wesley married Peggy L. Buchanan, Dec. 12, 1942. He served in the US Army during WWII with the Corp of Engineers, helping to build the Burma Road.
He and Peggy lived many years near Cooperton. They also have lived in Ada and Amarillo TX before moving back to Mtn. View in 2002. Wesley was a member of the Christian Church and has been in the trucking business most of his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Steve; one grandson, Rance Lane Albright; one brother, Loren; and a sister, Jean Terhune.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy, of the home; one son and his wife, Ronnie and Rondi Albright of Gotebo; three granddaughters and husbands; Tammy and Scott Hill of Watauga TX, Tracy and Scott Badia of Weatherford and Jessica and Rocky Flinn of Mtn. View; 3 great-grand children and 3 step-greatgrandchildren; one sister, Dortha Lee Tucker of Wilburton; and one sister-in-law, Lureba Albright of Talihina.

TSGT Stephen W. Albright, son of Mrs. Walter Lomenick, attended Sedan Schools. He entered the Army in 1943, trained in Camp Claiborne LA and Camp Sutton NC, and served in Burma and India. He was awarded the American Theatre Ribbon and Asiatic Pacitic Ribbon with two Battle Stars.
