Funeral services were held Nov. 13 at the Goodwell Methodist church for Mrs. Myrtie Lee Capps 64, who died Sunday, Nov. 9, at Phoenix, Ariz. Rev. Clyde Hoggard officiated.
Music was furnished by a quartet composed of Miss Helen Sue Carter, Miss Ellen Koehler, Milton Bradley and Melvin Klassen, accompanied by Carl Alett. Pallbearers were Jim Criswell, Harry Riffe, Frank Fraim, Curtis Newman, Walter Elliot and R.D. Hall.
Floral arrangements at the church were in charge of Mrs. Myron Moore, Mrs. Erline Lee, Mrs. Bessie Zentz, Mrs. Glee Poling and Mrs. Mae Oxley. Interment was made in the Goodwell cemetery.
Mrs. Capps is survived by three daughters, Mrs. V.A. Little of Goodwell, Mrs. Otto Ogletree, Bakersburg, and Mrs. R.A. Taylor, Phoenix; one son, Tom Capps, Texhoma, and other relatives.
Out of town relatives attending the services were W.H. Capps, Sayre; Mrs. and Mrs. R.A. Taylor and daughters, Delois and Lavon, Phoenix; Mr. and Mrs. Otto Ogletree, Lois and Bobby, and Mrs. and Mrs. Leon Ogletree, Bakersburg; Mr. and Mrs. Tom Capps, Texhoma, and Mr. and Mrs. Rufus King, Liberal.
