She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Jean Remington.
Graveside services for Nancy Lou (Remington) Smith, of Owasso, were held Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Charley Cemetery in Sperry, Oklahoma. Monsignor Daniel Mueggenborg officiated and a Cherokee dedication was given by Robert Sisk.
