Tecumseh resident Linny "Ole Man" Adkins, 63, passed away Friday, Dec. 25, 2009, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
He was born Sept. 30, 1946 in Long Beach, Calif. He was a truck driver and a mechanic for most of his life. Linny enjoyed working on cars, motorcycles, or anything with a motor. He loved riding his motorcycles. He was a very loving and caring man who would help anyone he could. He loved his family and friends and spending time with them all. His wife and children were his life, and he enjoyed it to the fullest.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Benny Adkins. Survivors include wife, Tracie Adkins of the home; daughter, Samantha Adkins of the home; sons, Linny Carl Adkins, Jr. and James Adkins, both of the home; and many, many close friends.
Visitation will begin 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010. Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, at Cooper Funeral Chapel with Jerry Kuhn officiating.
