Angus, Esther Ruth, 88, Tulsa resident, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2010 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born Saturday, January 28, 1922 to Martha (Black) and Ira Sperry in Chouteau, Oklahoma. Esther was the youngest of twelve children. She was a long time member of Woodlake Assembly of God Church, enjoyed yard work, sewing and reading. Esther is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lyman Angus, infant daughter, Pamela Angus, parents and siblings. She is survived by her son, David L. Angus, wife, Karen, daughter, Mary Hall, grandchildren, Emily Dusablon, husband, Brian, Jeffrey Angus, great-grandchildren, Ryan and Megan Dusablon, many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held between 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Moore’s Eastlawn Chapel in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral service will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 14, 2010 at Woodlake Assembly of God in Tulsa, Oklahoma with graveside service to follow at 2:00 P.M. at Blackburn Cemetery in Blackburn, Oklahoma. Contributions may be made to Woodlake Assembly of God Church.
