Birth: Dec. 19, 1959
Death: Nov. 26, 2007

Kevin Lyle Scheuerman of Carlsbad, N.M., and long time resident of Guymon passed from this life on Nov. 26, 2007.

Services will be held at Living Word Fellowship in Guymon on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007, at 2 p.m. with Pastor Leon Lothman officiating. Kevin will be laid to rest at the Banner Cemetery.

Kevin was born on Dec. 19, 1959, the tenth of eleven children born to Lester & Vera Scheuerman. They moved to Guyman when he was a child.

In 1976 he quit school to begin working in the oilfield to help support his siblings and mother. Kevin decided to pursue another occupation when the oilfield work slowed down in 1985, and returned to school at Liberal Area Vo-Tech receiving his GED and Electronics degree in 1991. He moved to Carlsbad, N.M., in 2004 and worked for Weld to Web until his death.

Kevin's advice to others was "To seek to achieve your goals by making the effort of doing all you can do to improve your lifestyle." He lived his life to the fullest and a smile everyday always showing others how much he cared.

Kevin is survived by two daughters, Dezire' and Britnie Scheuerman of Texhoma, Okla., and three brothers, Donald, Alan, and Mike Scheuerman, along with a family of nieces and nephews all whom loved him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Vera and Lester Scheuerman, four sisters: Lovonna Duke, Vicki Arnold, Rita and Brenda Scheuerman, and three brothers: Dale, Wayne, Kenneth and Carlson Scheuerman.

My favorite Uncle. The loss of you still hurts like no other. Rest in peace with your mom, sisters and brothers. Until we all see you again.
