William Henry Bohanan, Jr., son of William Henry Bohanan and Lucy A. Awel, was born November 1861 in Illinois. He died May 26, 1928 in Adams County, Colorado. He married Emma Jane Reynolds in Adams County, Iowa on December 25, 1883. One year after their marriage they builded their home five and a half miles northwest of Prescott and lived there 32 years, having moved to Prescott four years ago. Four children were born into this home, Phas, who died at the age of 2 years, Roy, who died July 11, 1917; and Mrs. Guy Goodwill and Glenwood, who resided in Prescott
