Funeral service for Mrs. Chas. Brink, 70, lifetime resident of the Hospers community, who died Saturday at her home here, was at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the First Reformed church with Rev. Maurice Tysen, officiating.
Mrs. Brink was born Sept. 1, 1895 at Hospers.
She married Charles Brink Feb. 17, 1914 at Hospers. They farmed in the Hospers community and then retired to Hospers. Mr. Brink passed away in 1962.
Survivors include four sons, Sam, Hospers; James, Sioux Center; Arie, Storm Lake, and Marion, Sibley, and two daughters, (Marcella) Mrs. Dick Hulst, and Miss Pearl Brink, both of Hospers. Twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive.
Pallbearers were Henry Roos, Edlen Boone, Cliff Brink, John Schuller, William H. Oldenkamp, and Edward A. Boone.
