Anderson: Mary Elizabeth Moore, born 15 August 1848 in Beaver Co., Pennsylvania. Married 8 November 1870 to James Brown Anderson; together they had 2 daughters. They moved to Burlington, Kansas in 1878; later moving to Topeka for a short time. Moved to Solomon in 1897.

She died Wednesday (11 Feb. 1920) at home on W 4th, age 71 years.

She is survived by her husband, 2 daughters, Mrs. J.S. Purdy of Brownwood, Texas; Mrs. H.T. Anderson of Guthrie, Oklahoma. (12 & 19 Feb. 1920)
