Kelly Lee Diel was born in Hardtner, Kansas to Kenneth and Marjorie Diel. He grew up in Cherokee, Oklahoma and later moved to Yates Center, Kansas with his parents. From there, Kelly moved to Wichita, Kansas where he worked in Traffic Maintenance for the City of Wichita for 28 years. He is survived by his wife Deloris (Topper) Diel of Wichita, and one brother Terry (Toni) Diel of Omaha, Nebraska. Kelly liked to hunt and fish in his spare time. Kelly was loved and respected by all who knew him and worked with him and he will be greatly missed.
