"Dave Adamson, aged 29 years, son of Mrs. Maggie Grinter of Oak Mills, died Saturday morning from typhoid fever.
He was born at Oak Mills and lived there and at Kickapoo all his life except a short time when he lived at Kansas City, while working in the smelters, where it is said, he contracted a complication of diseases which finally terminated in typhoid fever.
His mother, his young wife and child, and sister, Mrs. Chas. Sutton of Oak Mills, survive him.
Rev. Jones of the Kickapoo Baptist church conducted the funeral services at the home Sunday morning at two o'clock, after which the body was laid to rest in the Kickapoo cemetery."
