college in 1919, and on December
25, 1920, he married Blanche Marie
Piatt at Omaha, Neb.
To this union were born five children,
First Lt. Lawrence Edwin Adee
now in the service of his country
in Vienna, Austria; Barbara Louise
Adee; .Joanne Marie Adee, Marilyn
Jean Adee, and Victor Glendenning
Adee, whose young life was taken
in the same accident as that of his father.
Mr. Adee had served as Republic
county engineer since February 1,
1933. Before that time he had been
county engineer with headquarters
at Minneapolis, Kan., county
and state.
He is survived by the above family;
and two brothers, Thomas Adee
and James Adee, one sister Miss
Ida Adee and numerous friends
who knew, respected and loved him.
