Jennifer R. Desmond, of Bridgewater, died unexpectedly from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Norfolk VA. She died Jan. 10, at the age of 32. Jennifer grew up in Whitman and Bridgewater and was the loving daughter of John and Robin Desmond of Bridgewater. She was a veterinarian assistant and had been living in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area for the last eight years. Growing up she was a great soccer player and she had a passion for animals. Jennifer was a loving and caring mother of Kaylee Desmond of Bridgewater, Frankie of Bridgewater and Kyle. She was the loving sister of Deirdre Desmond of MD and Amy Desmond of Bridgewater; the granddaughter of Margaret Desmond of Weymouth and the aunt of Kelsey Desmond, Caleb Desmond, Catalina Desmond, and Aiden Mackay. A funeral home service will be held Tuesday, Jan. 17 at the Prophett-Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St., Bridgewater at 11 a.m., followed by a burial at Elmwood Cemetery.
