- Anna came to America in 1889. She came alone with the children. They traveled steerage. Alfred was carried in a basket.
- "Anna Anderson became a Baha'i. She only could read Swedish and there were no Baha'i pamphlets in Swedish for her to read, so she would just listen to what her children told her. She loved the picture of Abdul Baha and had it and the Greatest Name hanging in her bedroom. Dr. Loftin Clark was with her at her passing and she was repeating the Greatest Name as she passed on."
