BONAPARTE, Iowa - Sharron M. Bandy, 72, of Bonaparte, Iowa, and formerly of Cochran died Saturday evening, Feb. 14, 2009, at her home.
She was born on Dec. 14, 1936, in Burlington, Iowa, to Clarence and Augusta Rohmer-Bandy. She lived near Osseo for most of her adult life and retired to Bonaparte in 2005.
She is survived by three sons and two daughters, Mark Cochran of Knoxville, Tenn., Matthew Cochran of Baraboo, Darnel Cochran (Joelle) of Osseo, Darla Gregory (Daniel) of Fairchild and Tawnya Gregory (TJ) of Mason, Mich.; several foster children; several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren; half brother, William Bandy.
A funeral service will be Friday, Feb. 20, 2009, at New Hope Assembly of God in Farmington, Iowa, officiated by the Rev. Larry Wallingford. Burial of cremains will be at a later date in Hillcrest Cemetery, Price, Wis.
A memorial has been established at New Hope Assembly of God. Donations may be sent to the family at 2285 Coy Road, Mason, MI 48854.
