Funeral services for Mrs. Emma B. Bagley, 84, of 303 Vinton St., Albany, were held at 1;30
p.m. Wednesday, January 28, at the Gohlke's Sharer Funeral Home, Albany.
Mrs. Bagley died January 25, at 11:20 at St. Clare Hospital, Monroe. She was born in
Monticello on February 19, 1891, the daughter of Henry and Ursula Blumer Freitag. She
attended school in Monticello and furthered her education at Green County Normal School.
On February 12, 1914, she was married in Monticello to Burr L. Bagley. He died on March 1, 1956. Mrs. Bagley lived in the Monticello and Albany areas all her life.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Kesler, Beloit, and Evelyn Bagley,
Rockford, Ill; and three sons, George, Albany, Robert, Brodhead, and Loren, Clinton, Wis.; also one sister, Mrs. Fred (Lydia) Moser, of Monticello.
She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five sisters, Rose Durst, Carrie Schuler, Anna Hefty, Elizabeth Zentner and Mary Gottier; and three brothers, Edward, Henry T. and Jacob Freitag.
Burial was at Hillcrest Cemetery, Albany.
